Founded in 1988 as a sole proprietorship, Coast and Harbor has grown to a 12 person company. Located in Lynnfield Massachusetts, Coast and Harbor is one of the few Hispanic owned, experienced project management firms in the New England area that has worked on a number of large (i.e., over $100,000,000) projects. We are certified in Massachusetts and other states as a Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). We are certified as an 8(a) firm by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Coast and Harbor has always made the provision of high quality services a key priority. We select our personnel carefully and assign them to projects where they are particularly well qualified to assist the owner. We support our personnel with procedures developed through our extensive corporate experience. As a result, our personnel are pro-active, thorough, and detail oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills.

We supplement our full time staff with carefully chosen highly experienced associates who will be available to the project on an as-needed basis. Each Associate is carefully selected for relevant skills, experience representing owner interests, and ability to compliment the Coast and Harbor team.
