We also believe in the importance of regular reporting to assist the owner to understand the status of the project against budget and schedule.
    
3. We emphasize quality. We are committed to providing high quality services to our clients. We hire experienced people with strong construction management skills. We assign our people by carefully matching their skills to client needs. We additionally have a small number of carefully selected associates who are senior professionals in their areas of specialty available to provide highly focused assistance when needed to meet particular client needs.
