Serve as construction manager/administration (i.e., owner's project manager) on behalf of GSA.

GSA New Border Station, Calais, ME $43 million (On-going)

Serve as construction manager/administration (i.e., owner's project manager) on behalf of GSA.

• Preconstruction services including design review, constructability review, value engineering, cost estimating, and schedule review
• Provide resident superintendent services during construction including construction inspection, contract administration, change order management, schedule review, administration of design agreement, and project closeout

GSA IDIQ for Northern New England (On-going)

Provide project management services on an as needed basis.

Provide project management services through GSA's Schedule. The Schedule allows all agencies authorized to procure services off the GSA Schedule to procure a full range of construction management services from Coast and Harbor.
