For projects with particularly difficult claims issues, Coast and Harbor offers a particularly strong capacity in claims analysis and resolution. We have analyzed claims with an aggregate value in excess of $75,000,000 covering virtually every issue that arises on a construction project.
Coast and Harbor provides training on administering design and construction contracts to state and local officials under contract to the Office of the Massachusetts Inspector General. We have conducted seminars on effective claims management throughout the Eastern United States.
